Tiramisu Yule Log

Espresso gelato with a mascarpone semifreddo centre, ladyfingers and a dark chocolate cookie base.  Finished with a white chocolate velour for that freshly fallen snow look.  

Serves 10-12 big slices. 

Keep frozen.  To serve, leave the log on your counter for 10 minutes and cut with a sharp knife.  Eat it before it melts!
