Black Sesame

Black sesame is a classic asian ice cream flavour made popular in North America by instagram shots of ink-black scoops with activated charcoal.  Since one of our major values is to not add any ingredient that doesn't contribute to flavour or texture, we skip the charcoal.  Just black sesame butter and our rich custard base.  If you've never had it, it tastes similar to a nice salty peanut butter.
