Pistachio/ Strawberry Yule Log

Pistachio ice cream outer layer, strawberry sorbet inner layer, italian meringue icing topped with white chocolate bark, all on a thin slice of homemade dark chocolate cake.

Serves 12.  Stays good in the freezer for a long, long time.
