Chocolate-Hazelnut Yule Log

Our famous hazelnut ice cream surrounded with milk chocolate semifreddo and a hard dark chocolate shell.  A crunchy hazelnut praline centre and hazelnut cookie base add texture. 

Serves 10-12 big slices. 

Keep frozen.  To serve, leave the log on your counter for 10 minutes and cut with a sharp knife.  Eat it before it melts!
