Our famous hazelnut ice cream surrounded with caramelized cocoa nibs, milk chocolate ice cream, and pillowy chocolate icing- all surrounding a rich gianduja ganache centre.

Serves 10-12 big slices. 

Keep frozen.  To serve, leave the log on your counter for 10 minutes and cut with a sharp knife.  Eat it before it melts!
