Lemon Raspberry Log

Quebec raspberry sorbet, surrounded by our classic vanilla ice cream, and tangy lemon curd, all under a soft blanket of swiss meringue buttercream. 

Serves 10-12 big slices. 

Keep frozen.  To serve, leave the log on your counter for 10 minutes and cut with a sharp knife.  Eat it before it melts!
