Pistachio-Lemon Yule Log

Sicilian pistachio gelato surrounding a honey nougat centre and finished with a white chocolate velour. A little lemon curd for acidity and a crunchy pistachio cookie base for texture. 

Serves 10-12 big slices. 

Keep frozen.  To serve, leave the log on your counter for 10 minutes and cut with a sharp knife.  Eat it before it melts!
