Vanilla/Caramelized White Chocolate Yule Log

Vanilla ice cream outer layer, caramelized white chocolate ice cream inner layer, italian meringue icing topped with white chocolate bark, all on a bed of salted caramel and thin slice of homemade chocolate cake.

Serves 12.  Stays good in the freezer for a long, long time.
